Sample the best beers the USA has to offer at The Strongroom American Beer Festival event. Taking place at the popular Curtain Road bar, the festival culminates on 4th July so that lovers of American beer can raise a glass to Independence Day.

American beers
Championing the best of independent brewers including the likes of Anchor Steam, Blue Moon, Brooklyn, Flying Dog, Dogfish Head, Goose Island, Sam Adams and Sierra Nevada, the Strongroom American Beer Festival gives you the chance to sample something a little different to the ubiquitous beer and lager brands you might more commonly associate with the USA. American themed menus are also available throughout the week to complement all the hoppy flavours.

Take your pick
As well as all the beers on offer from the USA, the Strongroom American Beer Festival also showcases beers from Mexico, Latin America and Canada. Live music and DJ sets are also taking place to help you get your evening off to the right start.

Independence Day
The 4th of July sees the Strongroom American Beer Festival grand finale, with plenty of American themed entertainment to help patriots and fans of all things American celebrate Independence Day in style. There's an outdoor Texas grill, a Blue Moon mini bar, bucking buffalo, vintage American cars, iconic USA film screenings, live music and sizzling DJ sets.

The Strongroom American Beer Festival takes place from 12pm - 12am daily, 28th June Sunday 4th July 2010. Admission to the event is free.
