With demonstrations and tastings galore, the summer events at Fortnum and Mason are designed to help you enjoy the best of the season.
Summer food
From how to make the most of cherries in cooking to compiling the perfect picnic, the summer events at Fortnum and Mason focus on the best that the summer season has to offer. The Demonstration Kitchen on the first floor of the historic Piccadilly store is hosting a series of demonstrations and workshops, including how to make the perfect chutney and how to create mouth watering dishes using garlic.

Cookery book of the month
Also taking place as one of the summer events at Fortnum and Mason is the cookery book of the month demonstration, which takes place every Friday in July from 4pm in the Demonstration Kitchen. Get some inspiration for the perfect picnic feast courtesy of Picnic Hamper by Jane Price, which covers everything from fresh and simple dishes to culinary works of art.
The demonstrations and tastings programme of summer events at Fortnum and Mason run from Monday 12th July - Friday 27th August 2010. Events are free, with the exception of the wine tastings and Little Venice Cake Masterclass.
