Along with the Tales for Winter events, this is also the perfect time of year to explore the Globe Experience where you can go behind the scenes at the theatre and see how the shows are put together, from rehearsals and costume to staging and acting the part.

Storytellers bring some magic to the proceedings as Tales for Winter at The Globe sees the Crick Crack Club tell tales of goblins and sprites. Mischief, snow, dilemas, delights and sorrow will all be transformed by wonder in their stories.

Saturday 15th November
Join Ben Haggerty as he tells the tale of the demonic Blacksmith and invites you to think about the wonderful possibilities of alchemical storytelling.

Saturday 22nd November
Clare Murphy takes you to the edges of the Otherworld, as sprites and spirits walk amongst us, and death is hovering nearby in the winter cold.

Saturday 29th November
Abbi Patrix and Linda Edsjo create fires in the mind and warm up the Globe with their imaginations. There will also be a special appearance from Yannick Jaulin.

Saturday 6th December
Jan Blake brings the story spirits to London all the way from the Caribbean and West Africa, as goblins and warm winds carry over the seas to the Globe Theatre.
