This year's Taste of Christmas event will see those who are partial to a tipple be more than happy, as there's everything you've ever wanted to know about beer and wine all under one roof. Visitors will be able to enjoy a beer masterclass from leading experts, purchase craft brews from more than twenty independent producers, browse the Boutique Wine Market or test your knowledge with a host of wine experts.

Confirmed chefs and restaurants
Although the full line up of chefs, producers and restaurants taking part in the 2011 Taste of Christmas event are yet to be confirmed, last year's event saw a veritable feast of London's best chefs and restaurants, all on hand to showcase just why they are so well-regarded. The likes of Heston Blumenthal, Alan Jones and Almeida, Atul Kochhar and Benares, Richard Corrigan and Bentley’s Oyster Bar and Grill, Pascal Aussignac and Club Gascon, Riccardo de Pra and Dolada, Lawrence Keogh and Roast, and Alfred Prasad and Tamarind all took to the hob, so hopefully there'll be a line up to match last year's.
