Have a chance to try a Taste of Spain at Borough Market in June as the regions of Andalucía, Asturias, Balearics, Catalonia, Extremadura, Madrid, Murcia and Valencia and more showcase their specialities.

Try a selection of the country's most famous food and wines, with selections including hams, cider, cheese, licores, Cava and olive oil amongst them. Sample the wares at Taste of Spain at Borough Market and buy plenty of your favourites for your larder, and take tips from the sellers of these fabulous Spanish wares. Cookery demonstrations will also let you know how to prepare and cook your produce with the most delicious recipes.

The Taste of Spain at Borough Market is inviting the authentic tastes, sounds and smells of London's leading Spanish restaurants and the tastiest Spanish regions to tempt you to with their wares. Chefs from Barcelona Tapas y Restaurante, Camino, Cigala, El Faro, Tapas Brindisa, Murcia, Extremadura, Valencia, La Boqueria market will be in the kitchen on both days to allow you to sample fantastic and tasty dishes until 8pm.

Specialist gourmet hampers will be up for grabs filled with goodies from the Extremadura stall, and you could also be in with a chance of winning a holiday to Spain when you visit the stall from Valencia. The true Taste of Spain at Borough Market comes on Thursday 5th June at 5pm when a giant Valencian paella is cooked up for everyone to try.

For those with a love of Spanish sherry, you should head to the Harvey's stand at Borough Market where James Goodman, the London bartender of the year, will be knocking up some refreshing cocktails. Take a sip of the summer with Harvey's cocktails infused with strawberries, oranges and limes, or just try it chilled as a long drink. Visitors to the stand will also be in with a chance to win a holiday to Jerez in Spain while they are downing a drink or two.

Topping off the Taste of Spain at Borough Market, a selection of restaurants near the area are offering fantasic promotions on their cuisine from Sunday 25th May to Sunday 8th June. Camino, Cigala, Tapas Brindisa, El Faro, Salvador and Amanda, Barcelona Tapas y Restaurante, Fuego and E-Bar are just some of the venues inviting you to sample their delicious Spanish cuisine.
