Cookery demonstrations will also let you know how to prepare and cook your produce with the most delicious recipes.
Treats at Borough Market
The Taste of Spain at Borough Market is inviting the authentic tastes, sounds and smells of London's leading Spanish restaurants and the tastiest Spanish regions to tempt you to with their wares. Chefs from Barcelona Tapas y Restaurante, Camino, La Boqueria, El Faro, Aragon, El Pirata de Tapas, Extremadura, and Valencia will allow vistors to sample some fantastic and tasty dishes, and there are a number of other talented chefs producing similarly enticing dishes as well for 2009.
Giant paella
Giving you the chance to sample the true taste of Spain at Borough Market, chefs from Valencia will be making a huge paella for everyone to try. There will also be plenty of live music, dancing and entertainment to accompany all the fine food and drink on offer.
The Taste of Spain at Borough Market event takes place from 11.30am - 8.30pm, Tuesday 2nd June - Wednesday 3rd June 2009. The market is free to attend.
