TenPilates Classes

Whether you've been doing pilates for years, or have been labouring under the misapprehension that it's of pasta, TenPilates is the way forward for quick, enjoyable and seriously beneficial exercise.

Using the latest in high tec advances, this is exercise with a difference. Each of the TenPilates classes is conducted in a luxurious and spacious studio, with everyone working out on their own state of the art reformer bed. During the workout Pilates and fitness expert David Higgins will lead you through a 55 minute session of specialised movements using weights and pulleys, combined with traditional Pilates to put your body through a shaping and core strengthening class.

Without the stresses and strains that aerobics classes can put on your joints, but with the added benefits of slow strengthening Pilates, the TenPilates classes are ideal for anyone with a busy lifestyle who wants to maintain that perfect 10 figure all year round without getting bored. With fastc paced music in the background and expert tuition from David Higgins, there's no reason not to to take up one of the ever changing TenPilates classes.
