Like pilates only better, the TenPilates classes are designed to maximise the slimming power of pilates and the cardiovascular benefits of an aerobics class. Sure to make you feel great, fit, healthy and toned, the TenPilates classes are also set to have a major effect after only ten sessions.
All abilities welcome
With only ten people in the classes and your beach body beckoning after only ten sessions, it's not difficult to see why they call it TenPilates. Whether you've been doing pilates for years, or are an absolute beginner, TenPilates is the way forward for quick, enjoyable and seriously beneficial exercise.
Spacious studios
Using the latest in high tec advances, this is exercise with a difference. Each of the TenPilates classes is conducted in a luxurious and spacious studio, with everyone working out on their own state of the art reformer bed. During the workout Pilates and fitness expert David Higgins will lead you through a 55 minute session of specialised movements using weights and pulleys, combined with traditional Pilates to put your body through a shaping and core strengthening class.
Perfect 10
Without the stresses and strains that aerobics classes can put on your joints, but with the added benefits of slow strengthening Pilates, the TenPilates classes are ideal for anyone with a busy lifestyle who wants to maintain that perfect 10 figure all year round without getting bored. With fast paced music in the background and expert tuition from David Higgins, there's no reason not to to take up one of the ever changing TenPilates classes.
TenPilates classes take place from 8am to 9pm on Monday to Thursday, 8am to 7pm on Friday, 9am to 4pm on Saturday and 10am to 2pm on Sunday. For more information or to book a class, click on the link below.
