Celebrate Songkran, or Thai New Year at Blue Elephant with some delicious traditional dishes. Known as the Water Festival as water is used to wash away bad luck, the Thai New Year is a time for families to return home and pay homage to their elders, who in return wish them good luck and bless them.

The ideal way to appreciate the Thai New Year and maybe spend a little time with your family, the Blue Elephant menu contains such delicacies as Thai citrus fruits with chicken, shrimp, coconut and crushed peanuts, or steamed flower shaped dumplings with an exotic stuffing. Try authentic hot and sour soup with Rainbow Trout or green curry of Black Chicken with aubergines, spices and fresh coconut milk.
