Thank You For The Music Tickets

Thank You For The Music tickets are now available for a night of music in Hyde Park as BBC Radio 2 join forces with Benny and Bjorn for a huge celebration of the music of Abba, all compered by Mr Chris Evans. Thank You For The Music tickets will enable Abba fans to enjoy an evening of exclusive live performances from a selection of famous musical faces, as the music of Abba touches magically down in Hyde Park.

Those lucky enough to get their hands on Thank You For The Music tickets will be treated to some of Abba’s best-loved songs, all performed live in Hyde Park by a number of very special guests. Benny and Bjorn will be singing too, so it’ll be just like the old days when Abba were storming the charts on what felt like a weekly basis. And the Thank You For The Music concert will be taking place in Hyde Park, one of the capital’s very best venues for open-air concerts.

Headlining Thank You For The Music will be none other than pint-size popstress, Kylie Minogue, who'll be taking to the stage to perform Super Trouper and When All Is Said And Done. She'll be joined by the likes of Chaka Khan, Lulu, VV Brown, Marti Pellow, Jason Donovan, The Feeling, Elaine Paige, Sharleen Spiteri and even the whole cast of Mamma Mia! London, so expect many a famous face to be belting out your favourite Abba tunes to say Thank You For The Music.

The Thank You For The Music concert will not only enable audiences to hear the sweet sounds of Abba floating across the Hyde Park air as there’ll be some great performances from Benny and Bjorn as they showcase their more recent work. Both Abba songwriters have recently gone back to their musical roots and have been writing and performing the traditional folk music that originally made them famous in Sweden, before their heady heyday in Abba.

The Thank You For The Music concert will primarily be however, a celebration of the music of Abba, one of the world’s most iconic groups. Ever since their breakthrough performance with Waterloo in the 1974 Eurovision Song Contest, Abba have been one of the most popular groups of all time.
