Fantastic centre for classes and treatments. Friendly staff, excellent facilities and brilliant teachers! Can't recommend it enough.

A brilliant place with a wide range of sessions, classes and workshops - a hugely rewarding venue. Anyone else been here?

I found this place a few years ago after a spell off the rails and have attended regularly ever since. It's a hugely rewarding place with therapeutic yoga and hypnosis sessions among many other things. I advise a visit.
