I was recommended this place by a friend. Went there during my lunch hour and although had booked, no one opened the door. I stood there ringing the doorbell for what seemed like 30mins before leaving. A passerby said there looked like someone in downstairs but maybe didnt want to open the door during a treatment?? Surely someone could man the reception. Thought, 'ok, let me give it another chance' and rebooked stupidly. Exactly the same thing happened. The owner doesnt seem to have any staff working for her and also has appalling customer service. What a rubbish salon - my advice, shop around outside central London and there are definitely so many better places around.

An absolutely wretched clinic, run by a rude and reckless "beautician." Avoid it at all costs, otherwise you may get more than you bargained for.
