Wow, what a place! my first experience of this yoga centre was last year and I have been coming religiously twice a week ever since-This place is an oasis of calmness and from the minute you walk into the beautifully decorated reception area, calmness and tranquility flow over you and you immediately feel at home. For a beginner returning to yoga after a few years, I was very nervous about being subjected to a painful and embarrassing class, however the teacher I had was so approachable and did not make me feel out of place or belittle me because I could not put my leg behind my head! The great thing about this place is that every class contains a mixture of beginners and more advanced pupils but no one loses out as the teacher somehow manages to combine all different types of poses.
The yoga centre offers a variety of different classes and every new class i have tried has been as enjoyable as the last. I would strongly recommend trying a class out- the classes are all drop in so you don't have to sign up to anything- the studios are welcoming and tranquil and the overall atmosphere is one of relaxation- its the perfect place to go after a busy day !

Excellent yoga facility in Kensal Rise - to which people travel from all over London and beyond. It has soul, integrity and practitioners who do fine work helping clients with everything from stress to ME, asthma and MS. Best of all is the fact that yoga is offered to everyone, regardless of income.

Great Yoga, Gorgeous environment...I cannot believe I didn't know this place was here.

It's tucked away in a quiet corner in the Queens Park / Kensal Rise area, this has to be the most stunning and welcoming Yoga centre in London.

There are 3 enormous, bright and airy studios and a range of classes are on offer. Really something for everyone - including Hatha, Astanga, Dynamic Flow, Pilates, Beginners Yoga, Kid's Yoga etc.

Most classes are only a tenner and there are donation classes, which benefit those for who Yoga wouldn't ordinarily have been possible. I am genuinely so thrilled to have found out about it.

And the fact that it's a charity working with Kids with Special Needs makes it all the more Special!!
