The Yoga Show returns to London with a weekend of yoga, relaxation, exercise and health food at the Yoga Show 2008 at the National Hall, Olympia, back to London for another year.

Yoga workshops at the Yoga Show
This year’s Yoga Show allows visitors the chance to take part in a number of active workshops, teaching everything from yoga fundamentals and basics to the most advanced yoga techniques. From absolute beginners to advanced yoga devotees, the Yoga Show will have practical workshops ideal for anyone with an interest in yoga and pilates. Learn yoga poses, techniques, philosophies and more. Yoga classes will be led by a collection of the world’s most skilled yoga experts throughout the London event.

Meditation rooms at the Yoga Show
If you’d rather save the physical exercises for another day, a number of yoga meditation rooms will be open throughout the Yoga Show, providing an opportunity to refresh mind, body and spirit in quiet, relaxing surroundings. Guides will be on hand at the Yoga Show to instruct on yoga meditation practices, showing the best way to achieve yogic calm. A number of lectures will also be taking place during the Yoga Show London event, held by leading international yoga experts.

Stalls and exhibitions at the Yoga Show
Over 200 stalls and exhibitions will feature at the Yoga Show 2008, offering information and advice on all things yoga as well as a diverse range of products. Browse the stands at the yoga Show for books, accessories, gifts and more. Also available at the Yoga Show will be a wide range of health foods, perfect fuel for your journey into the calm.

The Yoga Show is open from 11am to 6pm on Friday 31st October, and from 10am to 6pm on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd November 2008.

Tickets are £7.00 for Friday, and £10.00 for Saturday or Sunday. A two day pass is £16.00 and a three day pass is £22.00. Tickets for the Yoga Show 2008 are also available on the door.
