Engage your brain at the thinking and drinking events at Book Club, when the popular Shoreditch bar hosts a series of literary themed workshops and storytelling showcases.

Literary themed nights
Giving book loving hipsters the chance to mingle with like minded fans of literature, the thinking and drinking events at Book Club take place every week and feature a rolling programme of themed evenings. From life drawing classes to storytelling and book slams, there's plenty to get involved in at the Leonard Street venue.

Regular events
Amongst the recurring thinking and drinking events at Book Club is the Let Me Tell You About Me showcase, which sees four writers regale the audience with their autobiographical themed stories. Other events include contemporary life drawing classes with Stephan Morris, laughter workshops, speed dating evenings and slideshows.

Story slam
Also coming up on the thinking and drinking events at Book Club programme is the International Story Slam, which sees storytellers from the UK compete against their counterparts in the USA for your vote. Each slammer has five minutes to tell their story in a competition which promises plenty of creativity, drama and spontaneity.

The thinking and drinking events at Book Club run from 7pm - 12am on selected days throughout the week. Admission fees vary. For further information, click on the link below.
