Tigers Exhibition at National Geographic Store

A stunning Tigers exhibition at National Geographic Store is open throughout February in celebration of one of the most beautiful endangered species currently on the planet. Highlighting their dangerous position on the most endangered list and their iconic status, the Tigers exhibition is certain to be a big hit with wildlife photography fans.

National Geographic Store London is hosting the exhibition for the duration of February to mark the release of the glossy photo book Tigers, which features photos from the exhibition taken by Andy Rouse. Tigers, A Celebration of Life charts Andy's ten year expedition into the world of the tiger, with stunning images of the animal in the wild.

Year of the Tiger
As Chinese New Year celebrates the Year of the Tiger on 14th February 2010, there is no better time to see the animals in question in all their glory at the Tigers exhibition at National Geographic Store. As tiger numbers hit a low of 4,500 in the wild, the pictures on show will hopefully spur more people onto supporting the tigers cause as they fight a losing battle against man.

How you can help
Along with all the stunning images on show at the Tigers exhibition at National Geographic Store, visitors are able to take home open edition prints, posters and postcards as a reminder of these magnificent creatures. You can also purchase the Andy Rouse Tiger book, which gives 25 percent of its sales to tiger conservation charities, which make a valuable difference to the protected nature of the tigers environment.

Special events
Several special events are planned throughout the exhibition with a book signing by Andy Rouse taking place on Saturday 6th February from 12pm. He will be instore from 11am - 5pm. He will also be giving a talk on Sunday 28th February and there will be a face painting sessions for kids. More events are yet to be announced, so click back soon for more information.

The Tigers exhibition at National Geographic Store London takes place from 10am - 8pm, Monday 1st - Sunday 28th February 2010. Entrance is free.
