Valentines Day concert at Barbican
Classic pieces are performed live by the London Concert Orchestra ensuring ticket holders have a swoonful evening of music to fall in love to. With Stephen Bell conducting and Viv McLean playing the piano, there is sure to be much romance in the air. And to top it all, ballroom star Anton Du Beke will be presenting the show in his usual suave style.

Classic romance
If you are a fan of romantic music or you know someone who is, then look no further for the perfect Valentines Day concert. Barbican Hall will be full of the soulful sounds of Tchaikovsky's Romeo and Juliet Fantasy Overture, Jarre's Dr Zhivigo, Bizet's Carmet Suite, Rhapsody in Blue by Gershwin and Elgar's Salut d'amour.

Event highlights
No doubt one of the most popular piece of the evening will come courtesy of the Sleeping Beauty Waltz by Tchaikovsky. Another is sure to be Ravel's Bolero as popularised in two winter Olympics by the British skating stars Torvill and Dean.
