A new you for 2012
Visitors to the Vitality Show London exhibition can pick up advice from a line up of nutritionists and health experts, making for a healthy start to the summer. Exhibitors will also be showcasing the latest in health and beauty products whilst a selection of lifestyle seminars will be taking place throughout the event.
Health and happiness
Celebrating its 13th birthday in 2012, the Vitality Show at Earls Court will feature the Health and Nutrition Stage and the Food Lovers Fair. Here you can take a walk through a a mini farmer's market full of delicious foods and learn how to create dishes and drinks that will have your bursting with health. With the help of the Kitchen Theatre you can see top chefs cooking up fantastic dishes, or spend some time at the Zest Fitness Park and get your heart pumping with an exercise class or two.
Meet the specialists
Advice on weight loss, anti-ageing, lifestyle makeovers and more will be readily available from specialists like low GL diet author Patrick Holford, raw food coach Karen Knowler, life coach Roz McLeod and personal trainer Ramona Braganza, who are all appearing at the 2012 show. For a break from all the good advice, The Oasis will be open for you to enjoy some relaxation with reiki, facial reflexology and shiatsu with your friends.
Fashion and beauty
As well as taking care of all your internal health, the Vitality Show London event also invites you to dress up and look your best too. The Beauty Section features in the latest in skin care, beauty treatments, manicures, pedicures and threading. Head on over to The Wardrobe for a fantastic selection of jewellery, handbags, shoes, dresses, hats and other accessories to complete your look.
One Life Live
From 2010 onwards, the One Life Live show joined the Vitality Show. Full of inspirational stands on how to change your life through your job, your travels or your wellbeing, there is plenty to inspire and excite, beit spiritual or personal.
The Vitality Show London exhibition takes place at Earls Court from Thursday 22nd March - Sunday 25th March 2012. Opening times are 12pm - 6pm on Thursday, 10am - 9.30pm on Friday, 10am - 7p on Saturday, and 10am - 6pm on Sunday.
