Waterhouse offers a variety of British cuisine made using fresh and seasonal produce that is sourced from local suppliers.
This ethical, sustainable and community focused restaurant, which is owned by the Shoreditch Trust and is run in collaboration with Eat Green, has been designed with the environment in mind. They only use renewable hydro electricity, produce their own bottled water and have an efficient waste management system which includes not accepting any fruit or vegetables with packaging.
