Chocoholics are in for a day of treats at the Willies Easter Egg Factory London event, when pioneering chocolate producer William Harcourt-Cooze hosts a day of demonstrations and tastings.

Pop up chocolate factory
With the real life Willy Wonka transporting his factory from Devon for a day of special events at the pop up Willies Easter Egg Factory, London chocolate lovers can enjoy tastings and demonstrations from the UK's only independent grower and producer of cacao. Willie has been growing cacao on his farm in Venezuela for over ten years and produces first rate chocolate in his factory in Devon, so this is a rare opportunity to learn from the best in the run up to Easter.

Cooking demonstrations
With the chocolatier's Bean to Bar talk being one of the highlights of the day at the Willies Easter Egg Factory, London foodies can get tips on how to create the perfect hot chocolate and a selection of sweet and savoury dishes, such as classic chocolate mousse. There's also the chance to sample more adventurous dishes such as eggs fried in chilli oil with a grating of 100 percent cacao, served with toast and avocado.

Music and cocktails
Later on in the day there's South American music and a selection of chocolate based canapes to try, including mole negro with chicken breast and cacao and olive bread with smoked salmon. Adults can also sample a range of delicious cocktails and drinks at Willies Easter Egg Factory.

Other attractions at the pop up chocolate factory include the chance to make your very own chocolate Easter egg using Willie's own cacao and hundred year old machinery.
