A thrilling winter sports and music festival hits town this October as the best in snowboarding and freeskiing talent take to the slopes to prove they have what it takes. With three whole days of amazing winter sports action and brilliant live music acts to boot, the Freesports on 4 Freeze festival is not to be missed.

Freesports on 4 Freeze
Returning to London following the snow based world cup last year, the festival brings the best winter sports talent to Battersea Power Station where a series of hair raising slopes and jumps have been created to test the boarders and skiers. Whether you are a keen skier yourself or just love the spectacle of the big jumps, then the winter sports and music festival is just the ticket for you.

International Freestyle Ski Big Air
Promising a series of thrills for spectators, the International Freestyle Ski Big Air event sees the best skiers in the world take on other competitors in an attempt to take home the prize fund. A number of sports stars are taking part in this elite skiing competition at the Freeze winter sports and music festival, and will no doubt be out to prove that they're still the best there is.

Battle of Britain
Keeping something just for the Brits, the winter sports and music festival also plays host to the Battle of Britain where the cream of the crop from skiing and snowboarding talent fight it out for the prestigious title. And if cheering on all the great winter sports action has worked up a thirst, you can recharge and refresh at the number of Apres resort style bars available at the festival before heading to the next contest.

Live music
Still not quite enough fun for you? Once all the radical sport has taken place, Battersea Power Station becomes a music festival venue for the evening with hot acts and cool new talent making for a great party atmosphere. Playing live in the 10,000 capacity arena this year are headline acts such as Mark Ronson, Pendulum and Roni Size.
