Featuring over 80 works by East London Printmakers, the Wonderland exhibition at the V&A Museum of Childhood explores fairytales, myths and folk legends from around the world.

East London Printmakers
With popular fairytales from well known European storytellers such as the Brothers Grimm and Hans Christian Andersen represented in the Wonderland exhibition, the show at the V&A Museum of Childhood should appeal to art lovers both young and old. The 50 exhibiting artists also depict folklore stories from outside of Europe, making the show a worldwide tour of the magical and fantastical.

Popular fairytales
Scenes from traditional childhood stories such as Hansel and Gretel and The Ugly Duckling can be seen at the Wonderland exhibition, which comes to the V&A Museum of Childhood after being on show at the German Fairy Tale Museum and the German Brothers Grimm Museum. Touching on themes of good and evil and love and heroism, the exhibition includes both 2D and 3D works.

Special workshops
Families can take part in a range of special workshops and events that tie into the Wonderland exhibition, including arts and crafts sessions for kids during October half term. There's also an adults only evening of entertainment on Thursday 3rd December, which includes free beer and wine and a tour around the exhibition.
