Relax and unwind
With yoga sessions, workshops and nutritional advice galore, you can get your get fit new year's resolution off to a flying start at the yoga detox weekend at Frame. Perfect for a less stressed and healthier you in 2010, the workshops and advice sessions should go some way to undoing all the excesses of the Christmas period.

Yoga classes
With four 90 minute yoga sessions spread throughout the yoga detox weekend at Frame, there's plenty of opportunities to stretch out and relax. Each yoga class focuses on a slightly different aspect of the ancient practice, and aims to detox the body and realign energy flows.

Detox tea
On Friday evening, those attending the yoga detox weekend at Frame will be given a detox survival kit which contains a selection of herbal teas, aromatherapy oils and recommended supplements to a detox nutritional plan compiled by nutrition expert Julia Alderman. Detox tea is also served after each yoga class to keep you hydrated and refreshed.

Alternative therapy
As well as the yoga, detox tea and nutritional advice, the weekender at Frame also includes a 30 minute complementary therapy of your choice. Tickets for the weekender also include an hour long nutrition session on Saturday.
