Yoga Roaming Workshops

Start the new year in the right way with some relaxing and renewing exercise at the Yoga Roaming workshops. With all proceeds going towards a charitable foundation based in Mozambique, this is your chance to spread some goodwill and get in touch with your inner self at the same time.

Yoga Roaming workshops
Drawing together some of the UK's most respected teachers, the Yoga Roaming workshops aim to use the ancient practice to renew, purify, and transform your body and mind for the new year. The Yoga Roaming workshops will pop up at different venues across the city in 2009, so you might end up in the cobra or plank pose in one of London's top spas, in a central park, or tucked away in a secluded garden somewhere.

World class teachers
The January yoga classes will be taught by Leela Miller and Panilla Marott, who will use meditation and Hatha yoga techniques to help you detox. Jane Kersel will also lead some of the more dynamic lessons that are suitable for people regardless of whether they are superbly bendy or slightly stiff in the joints.

Good cause
Money raised from Yoga class ticket sales will go towards the Mozambique Matters charity, a grass roots organisation that supports community projects in the Chimoio plateau in central Mozambique. So you can relax during the meditations in the knowledge that your money is going where it's really needed.

The Yoga Roaming workshops are on Saturday 24th January 2009, from 10am - 12pm and 1pm - 3pm. Tickets are £15.00 for a two hour class, and can be bought by following the link below.
