Feeling a wee bit sluggish lately? The Zombie Sports Day London event aims to put a kick back into your step by uniting you with other members of the undead community. Gather together your miscellaneous body parts, shamble over to Leicester Square, and join all the other resurrected corpses on bank holiday Monday for the 2009 Zombie Olimpics, organised by Terror4Fun in aid of the British Heart Foundation.

Zombie Olimpics
With events such as the 100 metre shambles, Deathacathlon, Body Bag Race, Relay of the Dead and more, there's plenty of undead fun to be had at the Zombie Sports Day London event. Other sporty events include a Grimnastics showcase, a People Chase, and Hop, Skip and Triple Stump.

Charity event
While the Zombie Sports Day London event is free to attend, any donations will go to the British Heart Foundation, so if you do choose to splash some cash you'll know it's going towards a good cause. Information on how to give blood and how to become an organ donor will also be available on the day.

Zombie fever
The day of fun activities during the Zombie Sports Day London event includes a free zombie picnic, where you're welcome to bring along your own extra supplies of undead sustenance. As well as all the outdoors zombie themed sports events, horror fans might also want to check out the films at FrightFest, which is taking place nearby at the Empire Leicester Square.
