Zoo Art Fair is a unique London art exhibition that supports emerging art on an international platform, featuring galleries, project spaces, artist collectives, curatorial groups and various publications. First staged in 2004 the event returns for a fifth year in 2008, showcasing exclusive art in Burlington Gardens.

Zoo Art Fair galleries
In 2008 Zoo Art Fair will showcase 57 under 6 year old commercial and non-commercial arts organisations - including galleries, project spaces, artist collectives, curatorial groups and publications. The Fair is a non-profit enterprise supported by established collectors, galleries and art businesses as well as public funders

International art
For the second time the Zoo Art Fair will be open to organisations from any country worldwide and will expand once again, to include 57 exhibitors. Visitors can explore a new generation of international art talent in an engaging, forward thinking London art event.

Zoo Art Fair Prizes
Two separate prizes feature at the Zoo Art Fair, offering awards to young talent in the creative world, with financial and advisory support. The John Jones Art on Paper Acquisition and Award presents an award for an exhibited work on paper at the Fair and comes with a £1,000 award. The Champagne Perrier-Jouet Prize for Best Artist recognizes outstanding talent and comes with a £10,000 award.

Winning art at Zoo Art Fair London
Last year’s John Jones award winner was Elad Lassry, whilst the 2007 Champagne Perrier-Jouet Prize went to Karla Black. Visitors to the show can see exclusive works from these award winning artists in two dedicated exhibition spaces and judge for themselves on the day.

The Zoo Art Fair London exhibition takes place from Friday 17th – Monday 19th October at 6 Burlington Gardens, Royal Academy of Arts. The exhibition is open 12pm – 8pm on Friday 17th, Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th October and 12pm - 5pm on Monday 20th October. Nearest tube: Piccadilly Circus and Green Park.

Tickets are £15.00 on the door and £10.00 in advance until 9th October 2008.
